Jennifer, EFDA, Practice Administrator

I joined Heritage Dental in 1999, beginning my career as a sterilization technician. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to serve in nearly every area of the practice—from dental assisting to the business team—before becoming Office Manager. This journey has given me a deep appreciation for every aspect of patient care, team development, and what it takes to create an exceptional patient experience.

Outside of the office, I am blessed with three adult children and six beautiful granddaughters. My oldest son, Sean, proudly served in the U.S. Navy and now serves our community in local law enforcement. My daughter, Alexis, is a Registered Nurse, and my youngest son, Shayne, is a diesel mechanic.

I am also honored to have earned my Fellowship in the American Academy of Dental Office Management, a nationally recognized achievement that reflects my commitment to continued professional growth and excellence in dental practice management.

Wendy, Insurance Coordinator

I have been in dentistry since 1985 and started working with this practice in 2015. I help patients with the financial aspects of treatment. I love what I do and the interaction I have with all the patients. My hobbies include alligator hunting. fishing, boating, paddle boarding and frog gigging. Yes, it’s a bit unusual but I’m a country girl at heart. My husband, kids and grandchildren are my life.

Krystal – Patient Advocate

I joined the dental field about 5 years ago and I absolutely love it! I enjoy and take pride in being a part of the patient experience and helping patients maintain their oral health by making sure they are comfortable and feel like royalty at every visit! Nothing is more satisfying than seeing a patient love their smile again! I am married to my wife Camila of 8 years and have 2 beautiful children. In our free time, we love to go to Disney and the beach.

Kate – Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been in the dental field since 1991. I have worked as a dental assistant, a dental laboratory technician and as a hygienist, 11 of those years as a dental technician in the Air Force. My husband, Paul, and I have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl, and 3 grandchildren. We moved to Florida in 2022 and enjoy many activities and sports. I love forging great relationships with my patients, which enables each visit to be comfortable and fun for both the patient and myself.

Rayna, Registered Dental Hygienist

With her gentle touch and warm personality, she helps every patient feel at ease during their visit. Rayna has been working in dentistry for 20 years, first as a dental assistant and the hygienist

Outside the office, Rayna wears many hats — wife, mom, business owner, and adventure-lover! She and her husband Mike have three children:
👩‍👧 McKenzie, who’s married to a proud member of the U.S. Air Force and has blessed Rayna & Mike with two beautiful granddaughters
🎓 Rayliegh, currently thriving in her freshman year of college
🚀 And Elikai, their energetic 4-year-old who keeps them on their toes!
As a family, they love spending time boating, fishing, and cheering on their Florida Gators! On top of it all, Rayna and Mike run their own family business — Pounds Construction — showing just how hardworking and dedicated this family truly is.

Cindy, Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been both a dental assistant and hygienist since 1994. I like the progressive technology and taking advanced dental courses. When not caring for my patients I enjoy spending time with my husband, Bill and four children.

Marissa, Registered Dental Hygienist

Marissa’s journey in dentistry began as a Dental Assistant before she followed her passion and earned her degree in dental hygiene. Her experience in both roles gives her a unique perspective and allows her to provide exceptional care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their oral health.

Marissa is married to the love of her life, Eric—affectionately known as “Babe.” Together, they enjoy spending time with their adorable pup Toby and making magical memories at Disney and Universal Studios whenever they can.

Known around the office for her infectious sense of humor, Marissa keeps both patients and teammates smiling. Whether she’s sharing a laugh, pulling a harmless prank, or brightening someone’s day with her positive energy, she brings joy wherever she goes.

Marissa has an incredible passion for dentistry and is dedicated to helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile. Her genuine compassion, gentle touch, and fun-loving personality make every visit a little brighter.

Ashlyn, Registered Dental Hygienist

Taylor, Dental Assistant

Taylor joined the Heritage Dental family in 2022 and has quickly become a valued part of our team. Although she began her journey without a dental background, her dedication and passion for learning have allowed her to grow tremendously in her knowledge of dentistry and patient care. Taylor is committed to making every patient feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for during their visit.

Since starting with us, Taylor has expanded her skills and now plays an important role on our clinical team after earning her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification. Her enthusiasm and positive energy shine through in everything she does.

Outside of the office, Taylor is happily married and enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and capturing special moments through photography. She also loves relaxing at home with her cats and her dog, Oakley.

Melodie – Dental Assistant

Melodie has been a dental assistant for 5 years and brings not only skill but a genuine love for patient care to everything she does. Before joining the clinical side of dentistry, she spent time working in her uncle’s dental lab—so you could say dentistry is truly in her blood!

When she’s not helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for, Melodie is spending time with her husband Cris and their beautiful daughter Rey-Lynn. Rey-Lynn is a budding gymnast, and this fun-loving family spends lots of time at gymnastics events and making magical memories at their favorite theme parks.

Abel is a dedicated Dental Assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. With a friendly personality and a calm, reassuring approach, he enjoys making every patient experience as positive as possible.

Outside of the office, Abel loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Jessica, and their growing family. They recently welcomed their first child, an adorable baby boy, and are enjoying every moment of this exciting new chapter together.

When he’s not at Heritage Dental, you’ll likely find Abel on the golf course or coaching Little League football. He loves mentoring young athletes and helping them build confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.

Abel is proud to be part of the Heritage Dental family and looks forward to providing every patient with the compassionate care they deserve.

Although Katie is newer to the dental field, she’s certainly not new to caring for people. With a heart for serving others and a genuine desire to help in any way she can, Katie is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet at Heritage Dental. Her kindness, compassion, and positive attitude help make every patient feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Outside of the office, Katie and her husband stay busy cheering on their son, whose love for baseball keeps the family traveling to games on the weekends. When she’s not at the ballfield, Katie is dedicated to her own fitness goals and is an avid bodybuilder, demonstrating the same discipline and determination in her personal life that she brings to work every day.
