Kenneth Cohrn, DDS, MAGD, DABFO
Dr. Cohrn has been in practice for over 30 years serving the tri-county region for 18 years. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo followed by a General Practice residency at the VA Medical Center also in Buffalo, New York.
Dr. Cohrn is an internationally-known speaker and active contributor in the field of forensic sciences. He is a visiting Professor at the University of Florida Departments of Pathology, Immunology, and Laboratory Medicine, and at the UF College of Medicine. He is also the forensic odontology consultant to the C.A. Pound Forensic Indentification Lab, University of Florida.
In his spare time, he is an accomplished ballroom dancer and enjoys weight lifting.

June Gallant, CDA
June has been a Dental Assistant at Heritage Dental for over 10 years. She graduated from Gulf Coast Community College with an Associates degree and as a CDA with a certificate in Expanded Functions and Radiology. She is certified in CPR. Since 2008 she’s a member of FEMORS (Florida Emergency Mortuary Operations Response Team) as a Forensic Dental Assistant. She has been happily married to her husband Steve for 27 years and has two children that have both graduated from the University of Central Florida

Alicia Ghigliotty, CDA
Alicia has been part of our team for over 8 years now. She comes to us with more than 14 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She studied at the University of Florida and her continuing education includes Expanded Functions and Radiology. Alicia has also taken numerous courses in Cosmetic Dentistry at LVI in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has 3 beautiful children, daughter Sophia and sons Cobey and Cameron. She enjoys being outdoors, photography and spending quality time with her children.

Jami Syder, CDA
My name is Jami and I have been with Heritage Dental for about 2 years now. I enjoy getting to know my patients and taking care of their dental needs. I have 2 beautiful children Elijah & Elijay and we recently adopted 2 kittens. At home we love spending time outdoors whether it’s rain or shine and learning new things together. ☺

Carol Scott, RDH
Carol joined the Heritage Dental team in January of 2007. Dental Hygiene is her second career. She earned a BA in Social Work at the University of Kentucky in 1973 and spent 13 years as a Social Worker. In 1987 she went back to school to earn a degree in Dental Hygiene at Palm Beach Junior College. Carol is a practicing hygienist for more than 26 years. During her career, Carol has worked in Pediatric, General Dentistry and Periodontal practices. Carol’s duties include: patient education, periodontal charting, radiography, performing dental prophylaxes and non-surgical peridontal treatment.

Rayna Pounds, RDH
Always ready to greet you with a smile, Rayna is originally from Ocala, FL bringing 16 years of experience to her position. She originally began working in the dental field as a certified dental assistant graduating from College of Central Florida. In 2008 she furthered her education graduating from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL where she earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves working with our outstanding team of caring professionals. She strives to be as thorough as possible, and compassionately explains everything step by step to ensure optimal patient comfort and understanding. She focuses on patient care, and treating every patient individually. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, making it a priority to be current on the latest technology and techniques of dentistry. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, fishing and hanging out on the beach!
Jennifer Tyler, Office Manager
Jennifer has been with Heritage Dental for 18 years. She is cross-trained in many dental and management areas at Heritage Dental. She oversees Patient Services and maintains daily operations for the practice. She graduated from Gulf Coast Community College with training in Expanded Functions and Radiology. In 2016 she earned her Fellowship with the American Association of Dental Office Managers. Jennifer and her husband Brent are the proud parents of 3 children, Alexis, who is studying Forensics at Florida Gulf Coast University, Sean is in the US Navy, and Shayne is attending The Villages Charter School. She also is a member of FEMORS (Florida Emergency Mortuary Response System) and has been a Forensic Dental Assistant since 2002.

Jody Yakam, Patient Care Coordinator
Jody has been with us for over 9 years now. Jody is the patient relations coordinator who confirms upcoming appointments 24-48 hours in advance or checks in on patients after treatment. She is responsible for managing appointments, following-up with patients and processes all insurance claims. Her organizational skills are invaluable, her upbeat attitude and willingness to provide support where ever she is can makes her vital to our success. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she is a Sabres fan and proud of it.

Wendy Gladdin-Fogel, Financial Coordinator
I am one of the first of many smiling faces you’ll see when you walk in. I have been in the dental field since 1985 and I love it. One of the benefits of my job is meeting new people and seeing how using dental technology we give our patients a pleasant dental experience.
My husband, kids and grandchildren are my life. My hobbies include gator hunting, fishing, and hunting, frog gigging, boating and cruising. I love the outdoors and everything it has to offer.
